On gathering the human resource requirement from Client, the database in accessed in order find appropriate candidates. Apart from our comprehensive large, up-to-date database, we use the internet and Information Technology to help us constantly upgrade our database.
Candidate can visit our websites, view the available vacancies and apply to us. After this is done, our panel of expert recruiters view the resumes on a daily basis, shortlist the qualified candidates, and then add them to our database. Besides this, we also advertise the vacancies in reputed newspapers if required to search the best possible person.
The resumes are then sort listed by our team of experts and H.R Manager, after which the short listed resumes (along with supporting qualification and experience certificates) are forwarded to the client for further scrutiny. We go a step forward to ensure that the person not only fits the stated job profile but we also make sure that the selected person is the ‘right fit’ for the organization keeping in mind the client organization work culture.
The Client then sends us a list of the candidates finally short listed by them. These short candidates are then again contacted by us and send for trade tests (wherever required). If the Client desires to interview them personally, interview is arranged through Video Calls or telephone for the client convenience and if necessary place in Mumbai or any other as suitable to the client.
A final list of the selected suitable candidates is then prepared. The selected candidates are intimated accordingly & their medical check-ups are arranged.
The entire process can be estimated to take about 4-5 weeks. This period of time is flexible and can be reduced considerably depending upon urgency of the requirement.
